[Termes IGN] utilisateurRésumé : (Auteur) Geoinformatics is presenting a new series on user tests of robotic total stations. Each of the next several issues will include the results of testing a different robotic station. The same structure wil be used for every test so that comparisons can be made between the different instruments. This, the third test in the series, is fo a Leica TCRP1201+. [Termes IGN] utilisateurRésumé : (Auteur) GeoInformatics is presenting a new series on user tests of robotic total stations. Each of the next several issues will include the results of testing a different robotic station. The same structure will be used for every test so that direct comparisons can be made between the different instruments. This is the second in the series and utilizes a Sokkia SRX. [Termes IGN] tachéomètre électroniqueRésumé : (Auteur) Limitations in sampling rate and the detection of outliers impede use of the Robotic Total Station (RTS) for highly dynamic applications. The need to meet such requirements motivated the author to adjust and improve an existing system. Testing proved the feasibility and usefulness of the this prototype in terms of performance, operational functioning and removal of outliers. [Termes IGN] téléscopeRésumé : (Editeur) Advances in surveying technology continue to shape the way we understand our universe and monitor earth. Radio astronomy, key to disclosing the mysteries of the universe, is impossible without high-precision aiming of the telescope. The same is true with respect to the monitoring of dams for safety purposes. The present authors, both with Sokkia, first treat the collimation technique applied to monitor world's largest millimetre-wavelength telescope in Nobeyama, Japan that resulted in discovery of the first black hole. They next consider automatic deformation monitoring system at thirteen of South Korea's multipurpose dams.
