[Termes IGN] voxelRésumé : (auteur) Semantic scene completion (SSC) aims to jointly estimate the complete geometry and semantics of a scene, assuming partial sparse input. In the last years following the multiplication of large-scale 3D datasets, SSC has gained significant momentum in the research community because it holds unresolved challenges. Specifically, SSC lies in the ambiguous completion of large unobserved areas and the weak supervision signal of the ground truth. This led to a substantially increasing number of papers on the matter. This survey aims to identify, compare and analyze the techniques providing a critical analysis of the SSC literature on both methods and datasets. Throughout the paper, we provide an in-depth analysis of the existing works covering all choices made by the authors while highlighting the remaining avenues of research. SSC performance of the SoA on the most popular datasets is also evaluated and analyzed. [Termes IGN] surveillance géologiqueRésumé : (auteur) On 8th August 2017, a catastrophic Ms. 7.0 earthquake with a focal depth of 20 km struck the Jiuzhaigou County in Sichuan Province, China. It exerted a strong influence on the slope stability within the surrounding areas and triggered numerous secondary geohazards including rockfalls and other co-seismic landslides, which incurred drastic surface changes, and thus can be easily identified from cloud-free high-resolution optical imagery. Most of such landslides became stabilized shortly after the earthquake while others moving very slowly for years. In contrast, some slopes were destabilized without significant surface change into slow-moving landslides, which may pose long-term potential threats to people's life and property. Therefore, it is crucial to accurately identify these slow-moving landslides and regularly monitor their post-seismic activity. In this study, we employed the synthetic aperture radar interferometry (InSAR) techniques to detect and monitor slow-moving landslides after the earthquake in the Jiuzhaigou area, and analyzed the impacts of the earthquake on these landslides through integration of multi-source data (InSAR, Lidar, optical image, and field survey). As a result, 16 slow-moving landslides were detected by InSAR in the Jiuzhaigou area, including several historical landslides. The results of time-series InSAR analyses enabled identification of three kinds of landslide evolution modes affected by the earthquake, i.e. acceleration of deformation of pre-existing landslides, reactivation of dormant landslide, and remobilization of earthquake-triggered landslide. Each mode is supported by detailed analyses of multi-source data. The results demonstrated that satellite InSAR combined with high-resolution Lidar and optical data can provide a cost-effective approach of post-earthquake geohazards detection and monitoring. [Termes IGN] transformation intensité-teinte-saturationRésumé : (auteur) Content based image retrieval (CBIR) process can retrieve images by matching its feature set values. The proposed novel CBIR methodology called Effective CBIR based on hybrid image features and multilevel approach (CBIR_LTP_GLCM) integrates the hybrid features such as color features and texture features, along with multilevel approach. The color features such as mean and standard deviation are adopted in the proposed method to represent the global color properties of an image. This method manipulates the color input-image by processing the Hue, Saturation and Value channels of the HSV color space. This novel work is enriched with the image feature derived from Local Ternary Pattern (LTP) in addition with GLCM. So, the proposed method CBIR_LTP_GLCM is potentially charged with meaningful modifications travelling with color image manipulation and extended image retrieval accuracy with the aid of multilevel approach. The proposed methodology is experimentally compared with the existing recent CBIR versions by using the standard database such as Corel-1 k, and a user contributed database named DB_VEG. [Termes IGN] image hyperspectraleRésumé : (auteur) Transformers have intrigued the vision research community with their state-of-the-art performance in natural language processing. With their superior performance, transformers have found their way into the field of hyperspectral image classification and achieved promising results. In this article, we harness the power of transformers to conquer the task of hyperspectral unmixing and propose a novel deep neural network-based unmixing model with transformers. A transformer network captures nonlocal feature dependencies by interactions between image patches, which are not employed in convolutional neural network (CNN) models, and hereby has the ability to enhance the quality of the endmember spectra and the abundance maps. The proposed model is a combination of a convolutional autoencoder and a transformer. The hyperspectral data is encoded by the convolutional encoder. The transformer captures long-range dependencies between the representations derived from the encoder. The data are reconstructed using a convolutional decoder. We applied the proposed unmixing model to three widely used unmixing datasets, that is, Samson, Apex, and Washington DC Mall, and compared it with the state-of-the-art in terms of root mean squared error and spectral angle distance. The source code for the proposed model will be made publicly available at https://github.com/preetam22n/DeepTrans-HSU . [Termes IGN] point d'appuiRésumé : (auteur) The Corona KH-4 reconnaissance satellite missions from 1962-1972 acquired panoramic stereo imagery with high spatial resolution of 1.8-7.5 m. The potential of 800,000+ declassified Corona images has not been leveraged due to the complexities arising from handling of panoramic imaging geometry, film distortions and limited availability of the metadata required for georeferencing of the Corona imagery. This paper presents Corona Stereo Pipeline (CoSP): A pipeline for processing of Corona KH-4 stereo panoramic imagery. CoSP utlizes a deep learning based feature matcher SuperGlue to automatically match features point between Corona KH-4 images and recent satellite imagery to generate Ground Control Points (GCPs). To model the imaging geometry and the scanning motion of the panoramic KH-4 cameras, a rigorous camera model consisting of modified collinearity equations with time dependent exterior orientation parameters is employed. The results show that using the entire frame of the Corona image, bundle adjustment using well-distributed GCPs results in an average standard deviation (SD) of less than 2 pixels. We evaluate fiducial marks on the Corona films and show that pre-processing the Corona images to compensate for film bending improves the accuracy. We further assess a polynomial epipolar resampling method for rectification of Corona stereo images. The distortion pattern of image residuals of GCPs and y-parallax in epipolar resampled images suggest that film distortions due to long term storage as likely cause of systematic deviations. Compared to the SRTM DEM, the Corona DEM computed using CoSP achieved a Normalized Median Absolute Deviation (NMAD) of elevation differences of ? 4m over an area of approx. 4000km2. We show that the proposed pipeline can be applied to sequence of complex scenes involving high relief and glacierized terrain and that the resulting DEMs can be used to compute long term glacier elevation changes over large areas.
