[Termes IGN] transformation de coordonnéesRésumé : (auteur) In computational tasks of satellite geodesy there is a need for transformation of coordinates between reference frames ECEF – Earth Centered, Earth Fixed and ECI – Earth Centered, Inertial. Strict and simplified transformation models, which can be used in case of the position and velocity short-term predictions of GLONASS satellites, have been presented in this study. Comparison of the results of state vector components predictions of the GLONASS satellites, in dependence of the used transformation model, have also been presented. Accuracy of the prediction has been determined on the basis of the analyse of deviations of the predicted positions and velocities of GLONASS satellites from their values given in broadcast ephemeris. [Termes IGN] transformation de coordonnéesRésumé : (auteur) As a result of traditional geodetic surveying we usually achieve observations which are then used for calculating rectangular coordinates onto a plane along with precision evaluation. In this article the surveying methods are presented in which the situation is different. Test measurements were carried out, consisting in the measurement of a fragment of detailed control network in RTK (Real Time Kinematic) and RTX (Real Time Extended) mode with xFill function. First, the rectangular coordinates onto a plane (through the transformation of data ellipsoidal) were obtained, on the basis of which the conversion observations were determined and they were compared with each other, as well as with reference parameters - conversion observations out of detailed control network adjustment with use of the method of least squares. The results of the study allow to verify the precision and application possibilities of conversion observations obtained thanks to Trimble RTX technology with xFill function. Application of this surveying method in typical geodetic tasks is fully justifiable. Nevertheless, it is recommendable to be aware of the correlations of absolute or relative values obtained in RTX procedure to reference parameters, which in turn will enable conclusive verification of the possibilities of Trimble RTX technology application in certain geodetic surveys. [Termes IGN] transformation de coordonnéesRésumé : (Auteur) Transformations between different geodetic reference frames are often performed such that first the transformation parameters are determined from control points. If in the first place we do not know which of the numerous transformation models is appropriate then we can set up a multiple hypotheses test. The paper extends the common method of testing transformation parameters for significance, to the case that also constraints for such parameters are tested. This provides more flexibility when setting up such a test. One can formulate a general model with a maximum number of transformation parameters and specialize it by adding constraints to those parameters, which need to be tested. The proper test statistic in a multiple test is shown to be either the extreme normalized or the extreme studentized Lagrange multiplier. They are shown to perform superior to the more intuitive test statistics derived from misclosures. It is shown how model selection by multiple hypotheses testing relates to the use of information criteria like AICc and Mallows’ Cp , which are based on an information theoretic approach. Nevertheless, whenever comparable, the results of an exemplary computation almost coincide. [Termes IGN] web des donnéesRésumé : (auteur) For many years now, the web of data has been dominated with the use of only one Coordinate System (CRS), namely WGS84, to represent the localization of geographic objects on Earth. Reasons for its adoption is the simplicity of the vocabulary (few core classes and properties) and the fact that the vocabulary is described in a W3C namespace. Nowadays, with the Open Data movement, more and more publishers including governments and local authorities are releasing legacy data that is often geolocalized in a different coordinate system. For example, IGN in France in releasing data that is geolocalized using Lambert93, a Lambert conformal conic projection (LCC) when objects are localized on the France metropolitan area. In this paper, we propose two vocabularies that take into account geometries defined in different coordinate systems. We provide as well mappings with existing vocabularies to ensure compatibilities with existing implementations. Finally, we provide a REST service that supports the conversion of coordinates between several CRS.
