[Termes IGN] télédétectionRésumé : (auteur) Hyperspectral image clustering is usually used for unsupervised learning in different applications. However, the traditional clustering methods have not been considered the complex relationships among neighbouring pixels. The Albedo and Shading elements can define pixel values in the HyperSpectral Images (HSIs). In HSIs, features are different from each other because of their natural physical characteristics and the physical nature of different image features can be described by the Albedo element. Therefore, in this paper, we generate the natural Albedo feature of the HSIs by applying Albedo recovery step to exploit main information from HSIs. Then, we utilized the Fuzzy C-means clustering method to cluster the natural Albedo dataset. In this paper, we propose a novel accurate Albedo Recovery based Fuzzy C-Means (ARFCM) method to cluster HSIs. In the dataset, each feature vector is processed by the Albedo recovery step to create a new feature vector. This new feature vector can describe the dataset better than the original one. Comparing clustering methods as one of the powerful clustering algorithms are widely used in the remote sensing fields of studying. The experiments conducted on several benchmark datasets demonstrated that the proposed clustering method achieves higher performance than other methods and present the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed method. The results of experiments over different HSI datasets indicated that the proposed method could produce reliable and suitable results compared to the other methods. This shows the robustness of the proposed ARFCM algorithm over the various HSI datasets. Other methods may provide a good response in a given dataset and do not perform well in the other data. Consequently, the ARFCM method, regardless of the study area characteristics and the sensor features, always renders remarkable clustering accuracy. [Termes IGN] robotRésumé : (auteur) We propose an improved ant colony algorithm for avoiding obstacles in complex static environments that addresses the problems of a single evaluation factor and low path quality of the traditional ant colony algorithm in path planning. The improvements are: 1) a fuzzy planner is constructed according to the comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics and the analytic hierarchy process to comprehensively evaluate and determine the impact of environmental factors, 2) the probability selection formula of the ant colony algorithm is optimized, 3) the pheromone update formula is optimized, and 4) the corner system mechanism is introduced as a post-processing method of path optimization to further smooth the path. Results from simulation experiments of the traditional ant colony algorithm were analysed and compared with those of the improved ant colony algorithm, showing that the latter has a stronger path planning ability and higher algorithm efficiency, resulting in a smoother path with a lower negative impact by environmental factors. Thus, the proposed algorithm is expected to provide a computational basis for effective multi-factor path planning in realistic environments, thereby saving human and material resources. [Termes IGN] pondérationRésumé : (auteur) In the present study, an improved iteratively reweighted multivariate alteration detection (IR-MAD) algorithm was proposed to improve the contribution of weakly correlated bands in multi-spectral image change detection. In the proposed algorithm, each image band was given a different weight through single-band iterative weighting, improving the correlation between each pair of bands. This method was used to obtain the characteristic difference in the diagrams of the band that contain more variation information. After removing Gaussian noise from each feature-difference graph, the difference graphs of each band were fused into a change-intensity graph using the Euclidean distance formula. Finally, unsupervised fuzzy C-means (FCM) clustering was used to perform binary clustering on the fused difference graphs to obtain the change detection results. By comparing the original multivariate alteration detection (MAD) algorithm, the IR-MAD algorithm and the proposed IR-MAD algorithm, which used a mask to eliminate strong changes, the experimental results revealed that the multi-spectral change detection results of the proposed algorithm are closer to the actual value and had higher detection accuracy than the other algorithms. [Vedettes matières IGN] Traitement de données GNSSRésumé : (Auteur) In recent years, aided navigation systems through combining inertial navigation system (INS) with global navigation satellite system (GNSS) have been widely applied to enhance the position, velocity, and attitude information of autonomous vehicles. In order to gain the accuracy of the aided INS/GNSS in GNSS gap intervals, a heuristic neural network structure based on the recurrent fuzzy wavelet neural network (RFWNN) is applicable for INS velocity and position error compensation purpose. During frequent access to GNSS data, the RFWNN should be trained as a highly precise prediction model equipped with the Kalman filter algorithm. Therefore, the INS velocity and position error data are obtainable along with the lost intervals of GNSS signals. For performance assessment of the proposed RFWNN-aided INS/GNSS, real flight test data of a small commercial unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) were conducted. A comparison of test results shows that the proposed NN algorithm could efficiently provide high-accuracy corrections on the INS velocity and position information during GNSS outages. [Termes IGN] réseau neuronal artificielRésumé : (éditeur) Artificial intelligence (AI) is everywhere and it's here to stay. Most aspects of our lives are now touched by artificial intelligence in one way or another, from deciding what books or flights to buy online to whether our job applications are successful, whether we receive a bank loan, and even what treatment we receive for cancer. Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) as a part of AI maintains the capacity to solve problems such as regression and classification with high levels of accuracy. This book aims to discuss the usage of ANNs for optimal solving of time series applications and clustering. Bounding of optimization methods particularly metaheuristics considered as global optimizers with ANNs make a strong and reliable prediction tool for handling real-life application. This book also demonstrates how different fields of studies utilize ANNs proving its wide reach and relevance. Note de contenu : 1- Time series from clustering: An approach to forecast crime patterns
