[Termes IGN] TurquieRésumé : (auteur) In Turkey, during the realisation of the land registry and cadastre transactions, manually checking the official documents exceeding 20 million annually causes some problems in document management and security. This study focuses on managing the official documents as online requested by the land registry and cadastre directorates from the other institutions during these transactions. Therefore, a general external data model based on the LADM has been proposed to manage requested documents during transactions. If web-based applications support the proposed model, access to documents will be faster and easier, and security risk will be reduced. [Termes IGN] régression des moindres carrés partielsRésumé : (auteur) Spatial data infrastructures (SDIs) have been implemented for the last four decades in most countries. One of the key objectives of SDIs is to ensure the quick availability and accessibility of spatial data. The success of SDI depends on the underlying spatial datasets. Many developing countries such as Pakistan are facing problems in implementing SDI because of the unavailability of spatial data. Volunteered Geographic Information (VGI) is an alternate source for obtaining spatial data. Therefore, the question is what factors hamper the adoption of VGI for making it part of SDI in Pakistan. The intention behind this paper is to explore such factors as the key research question. To do so, we make use of the Technology–Organization–Environment (TOE) framework along with the partial least square structural equation model (PLS-SEM) to empirically analyze the factors impeding VGI from becoming part of SDI in the country. The study concludes that many technical, organizational, and environmental factors affect the adoption of VGI to be part of SDI in Pakistan. [Termes IGN] WebSIGRésumé : (auteur) It is currently possible to account for several institutions with geographic data shared through the INDE portal, with more than half of it being from federal jurisdiction. However, there are subnational geoportals not integrated with this infrastructure, which is difficult to quantify. Therefore, the research problem of this study is finding the state of subnational geographic viewers’ availability, with the general objective of producing a Brazilian panorama and to identify factors that facilitate this availability. A research methodology based on different sources was applied in 27 states and 999 municipalities. As a result, we identified 17 regional, 82 state, and 274 municipal geoportals, with the highest concentration in the South and Southeast regions and lowest in the Northern region. In order to find factors related to geoportals availability, twenty characteristics of each municipality were collected, and Pearson coefficients were calculated, revealing significant correlations for population, economic and tax factors, and non-significant correlations for location factors. This acquired information is essential for the community and must be kept up to date. For this, an online collaborative map based on free software was created, allowing access without registration for data visualization and the registration of users for sending updates to the map. A review of the relevant research shows that a common concept in the 3D cadastre domain is using the legal building unit, i.e. real property unit, as the core modelling unit. Alternatively, this study proposes using indoor space as a core modelling unit. The main reason is to enable the efficient integration of cadastral data with the data from other domains. On the conceptual level, the model is linked to the Land Administration Domain Model (LADM). The integration options are studied for three international standards: IFC, CityGML and IndoorGML. [Termes IGN] TurquieRésumé : (auteur) The concepts of three-dimensional cadastre (3D) and property ownership led to increased interest in land use management and research towards the end of the 90s. Within the scope of these studies, international standards and definitions have been realised. In Turkey, there are some academic studies available. However, there are not many studies conducted on an institutional basis. Turkey cadastre carried out by the General Directorate of Land Registry, and Cadastre (GDLRC) are kept. In this context, a 3D RRR (Right, Restriction and Responsibility) for Turkey-based cadastral data model design and development is essential in terms of not constitute a base for the study. The fact that these studies are in the context of LADM and ISO standards and OGC is very important in terms of the fact that the cadastral system is related to international standards.
