[Termes IGN] traitement de données GNSSRésumé : (Auteur) Le GPS (Global Positioning System) connaît un succès grandissant au cours de ces dernières années. Néanmoins, alors que sa précision planimétrique est millimétrique, la composante verticale ne peut être déterminée qu'avec une précision de l'ordre du centimètre. Dans cette optique, il est nécessaire de mieux connaître l'influence de la troposphère sur la propagation des signaux GPS. Après qu'une première campagne, baptisée VAPIC, a été menée en 2004 en région parisienne, la campagne COPS s'est déroulée de juin à août 2007 entre le sud-ouest de l'Allemagne et l'est de la France. Cette campagne avait pour objectif d'améliorer la qualité des prévisions de précipitations convectives dues à l'orographie. Au cours de la campagne, le lidar RAMEAU a été déployé afin de mesurer, parallèlement au GPS, l'évolution du retard troposphérique humide. Ce lidar a par ailleurs permis de restituer des profils de rapport de mélange. L'étude porte donc sur l'apport du lidar et notamment sur la pertinence d'un traitement GPS couplé au lidar dans le but de modéliser plus finement ce retard. [Termes IGN] traitement d'image radarRésumé : (Auteur) The objective of the research study is to use the synergy of 3D empirical (Rational Function Model (rfm) and physical (Toutin's) geometric models to develop a "new hybrid" model for the geometric processing of Radarsat-2 data without collecting ground control point (GCP). After independently evaluating the processing and the accuracy of each model using accurate differential GPS points, RFM was thus used to generate few "virtual" rfm points at the highest elevation of the study site. In addition to information of the metadata, these "virtual" points were input as GCPs in Toutin's model. This new hybrid model consistently achieved pixel accuracy, with better results for steep looking angles than the two other models. Its main advantage was, in addition, to be used without collecting GCP, increasing the applicability of Radarsat-2 data in remote areas. It has, however, over recent years established a fundamental role in monitoring and describing changes to the Earth’s surface. In particular, this article describes the state of the art of the GPS contribution to Seismology, and presents an innovative methodology, VADASE, that enables accurate estimation of co-seismic displacement waveforms in real time using standard broadcast products and high-rate carrier-phase observations collected by a unique GPS receiver. This represents a potential enhancement to GPS Seismology and an effective support for tsunami early warning systems. [Vedettes matières IGN] GéovisualisationRésumé : (Auteur) Enormous quantities of trajectory data are collected from many sources, such as GPS devices and mobile phones, as sequences of spatio-temporal points. These data can be used in many application domains such as traffic management, urban planning, tourism, bird migration, and so on. Raw trajectory data, as generated by mobile devices have very little or no semantics, and in most applications a higher level of abstraction is needed to exploit these data for decision making. Although several different methods have been proposed so far for trajectory querying and mining, there are no software tools to help the end user with semantic trajectory data analysis. In this article we present a software architecture for semantic trajectory data mining as well as the first software prototype to enrich trajectory data with both semantic information and data mining. As a prototype we extend the Weka data mining toolkit with the module Weka-STPM, which is interoperable with databases constructed under OGC specifications. We tested Weka-STPM with real geographic databases, and trajectory data stored under the Postgresql/PostGIS DBMS.
