[Termes IGN] redondance de donnéesRésumé : (Auteur) Hyperspectral image (HSI) denoising is an essential preprocess step to improve the performance of subsequent applications. For HSI, there is much global and local redundancy and correlation (RAC) in spatial/spectral dimensions. In addition, denoising performance can be improved greatly if RAC is utilized efficiently in the denoising process. In this paper, an HSI denoising method is proposed by jointly utilizing the global and local RAC in spatial/spectral domains. First, sparse coding is exploited to model the global RAC in the spatial domain and local RAC in the spectral domain. Noise can be removed by sparse approximated data with learned dictionary. At this stage, only local RAC in the spectral domain is employed. It will cause spectral distortion. To compensate the shortcoming of local spectral RAC, low-rank constraint is used to deal with the global RAC in the spectral domain. Different hyperspectral data sets are used to test the performance of the proposed method. The denoising results by the proposed method are superior to results obtained by other state-of-the-art hyperspectral denoising methods. [Termes IGN] image radarRésumé : (Auteur) Image-subspace-based approach for speckle noise removal from synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images is proposed. The underlying principle is to apply homomorphic framework in order to convert multiplicative speckle noise into additive and then to decompose the vector space of the noisy image into signal and noise subspaces. Enhancement is performed by nulling the noise subspace and estimating the clean image from the remaining signal subspace. Linear estimator minimizing image distortion while maintaining the residual noise energy below some given threshold is used to estimate the clean image. Experiments are carried out using synthetically generated data set with controlled statistics and real SAR image of Selangor area in Malaysia. The performance of the proposed technique is compared with Lee and homomorphic wavelet in terms of noise variance reduction and preservation of radiometric edges. The results indicate moderate noise reduction by the proposed filter in comparison to Lee but with a significantly less blurry effect and a comparable performance in terms of noise reduction to wavelet but with less artifacts. The results also show better preservation of edges, texture, and point targets by the proposed filter than both Lee and wavelet and less required computational time. [Termes IGN] temps réelRésumé : (auteur) Monitoring small size area deformations calls for increasingly precise data with greater space and time resolution. To this aim, a GPS data processing method designed for wireless networks of mono-frequency GPS receivers is proposed. The different steps of the method are explained: the GPS processing is first detailed with the design of parametric and stochastic models, their inversion by an extended Kalman filter and the mitigation of the main errors: multipath. A parsimonious radio data transfer protocol is then proposed. It allows a real-time positioning thanks to a wireless transfer of GPS carrier phases data from receivers to a processing computer. Finally the method is tested on a network of mono-frequency receivers developed by the French National Mapping Agency (IGN). Tests prove its ability for real-time positioning with a fifteen receivers network, and a precision under the centimeter level is reached. [Termes IGN] image spatialeRésumé : (Auteur) In this paper, we propose a hyperspectral image denoising algorithm with a Spatial-spectral view fusion strategy. The idea is to denoise a noisy hyperspectral 3-D cube using the hyperspectral total variation algorithm, but applied to both the spatial and spectral views. A metric Q-weighted fusion algorithm is then adopted to merge the denoising results of the two views together, so that the denoising result is improved. A number of experiments illustrate that the proposed approach can produce a better denoising result than both the individual spatial and spectral view denoising results. [Termes IGN] variabilitéRésumé : (Auteur) The effects of signal contamination of secondary data are investigated in the framework of adaptive target detection in remotely sensed hyperspectral images. In contrast to previous studies on signal contamination, the focus of this paper is the detection of targets with unknown spectral signatures (i.e., anomalies) and adaptive detection methods based on a local estimation of the background covariance matrix. Contamination due to the target signal is expected to have a more severe impact when the number of secondary data is limited. An analytical model for signal contamination is developed that allows variability in the extent of contamination. Several parameters, such as the contamination fraction of secondary data and the contaminating signal energy, are introduced, and a contaminating signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio is derived as an objective measure of contamination. The proposed model is employed to experimentally evaluate signal contamination effects and the impact of its variability on the performance of adaptive detection of local anomalies. The outcomes of the experimental study are substantiated by validation with real hyperspectral data. The results obtained highlight the relevance that the impact of signal contamination, assessed with respect to different system parameters, may have for practical applications. This paper represents a starting point for the development of detection performance forecasting models that consider signal contamination.
