[Termes IGN] téléphonie mobileRésumé : (auteur) Conventional approaches for modeling human mobility pattern often focus on human activity and movement dynamics in their regular daily lives and cannot capture changes in human movement dynamics in response to large-scale events. With the rapid advancement of information and communication technologies, many researchers have adopted alternative data sources (e.g., cell phone records, GPS trajectory data) from private data vendors to study human movement dynamics in response to large-scale natural or societal events. Big geosocial data such as georeferenced tweets are publicly available and dynamically evolving as real-world events are happening, making it more likely to capture the real-time sentiments and responses of populations. However, precisely-geolocated geosocial data is scarce and biased toward urban population centers. In this research, we developed a big geosocial data analytical framework for extracting human movement dynamics in response to large-scale events from publicly available georeferenced tweets. The framework includes a two-stage data collection module that collects data in a more targeted fashion in order to mitigate the data scarcity issue of georeferenced tweets; in addition, a variable bandwidth kernel density estimation(VB-KDE) approach was adopted to fuse georeference information at different spatial scales, further augmenting the signals of human movement dynamics contained in georeferenced tweets. To correct for the sampling bias of georeferenced tweets, we adjusted the number of tweets for different spatial units (e.g., county, state) by population. To demonstrate the performance of the proposed analytic framework, we chose an astronomical event that occurred nationwide across the United States, i.e., the 2017 Great American Eclipse, as an example event and studied the human movement dynamics in response to this event. However, this analytic framework can easily be applied to other types of large-scale events such as hurricanes or earthquakes. [Termes IGN] résolution d'ambiguïtéRésumé : (auteur) Fixing single-satellite GPS carrier phase ambiguity could significantly improve the orbit accuracy of low earth orbit (LEO) satellite. Currently, the CNES/CLS, Wuhan University and CODE have published GPS integer phase clock products applied to single-satellite ambiguity fixing. In this paper, the integer phase clock method is used for single-satellite ambiguity fixing, and it is applied to the precise orbit determination of LEO satellite. Then, the application performances of integer phase clock products provided by different agencies in single-satellite ambiguity fixing and LEO satellite orbit determination are compared and analyzed. For GRACE-FO formation satellites, about 94% ambiguities could be fixed based on different products provided by the three agencies. Orbit solutions generated using the products from the three agencies can achieve an RMS of around 0.9 cm checked by satellite laser ranging data. Compared with ambiguity-float orbit solutions, the accuracy of absolute orbit determination with single-satellite ambiguity fixing is improved by about 30%. After fixing single-satellite ambiguities using the different products provided by CNES/CLS, WHU and CODE, respectively, the RMS of K-band ranging validation residuals for relative orbit solutions are reduced from 5.7, 5.4 and 5.3 mm to 2.1、 2.0 and 1.5 mm, respectively. The results show that the integer phase clock products provided by different agencies have similar performances in the single-satellite ambiguity fixing and orbit determination of GRACE-FO satellite. [Termes IGN] station de référenceRésumé : (Auteur) The CORS network is a volunteer-based network of Global Positioning System reference stations located mainly in the US and its territories. We discuss the most recent comprehensive reprocessing of all GPS data collected via this network since 1996. Daily data for GPS weeks 834 through 1933 were reprocessed leading to epoch 2010.0 coordinates and velocities of 3049 stations aligned to IGS14. The updated realization of the US National Spatial Reference System derived in this work has been in use since late 2019. As a validation of the results, the derived velocity field is compared to several other solutions and to three regional geophysical and geodetic velocity models. These comparisons uncovered unstable stations which move differently than the regional kinematics around them. Once these are ignored, we estimate the horizontal and vertical stability of this updated realization to be better than ∼0.3 and ∼0.6 mm/year, respectively. We use the position residuals and estimated uncertainties from this reprocessing to derive long-term stability measures for all active stations serving longer than 3 years. These measures exposed ∼60 CORS with the poorest long-term stability, which have been consequently excluded from serving as mapping control. With the emerging of multifrequency signals, it becomes essential to thoroughly explore the contribution of third frequency pseudorange and carrier phase toward PPP. In this study, we research the role of the third frequency observations on accelerating PPP convergence, commencing from both stochastic and functional models. We first constructed the stochastic model depending on the observation noise and then introduced two uncombined functional models with respect to different inter-frequency bias (IFB) estimation strategies. The double-differenced residuals based on a zero baseline were used to evaluate the signal noises, which were 0.09, 0.07, 0.11, 0.01 and 0.09 m for Galileo E1/E5a/E5b/E5/E6 pseudorange and 0.24, 0.31 and 0.05 m for BeiDou B1/B2/B3. Besides, carrier phase observations E5a/E5/E6/B1I/B3I shared a comparable signal noise of 0.002 m, while the signal noises of E1/E5b/B2I were 0.003 m. Both BeiDou-2/Galileo and Galileo-only float PPP were implemented based on the dataset collected from 25 stations, spanning 30 days. Triple-frequency Galileo PPP achieved convergence successfully in 19.9 min if observations were weighted according to observation precision, showing a comparable performance of dual-frequency PPP. Meanwhile, the convergence time of triple-frequency float PPP was further shortened to 19.2 min when satellite pair IFBs were eliminated by estimating a second satellite clock. While the improvement of triple-frequency float PPP was marginal, triple-frequency PPP-AR using signals E1/E5a/E6 shortened the initialization time of the dual-frequency counterpart by 38%. Moreover, the performance of triple-frequency PPP-AR kept almost unchanged after we excluded the third frequency pseudorange observations. We thus suggest that the contribution of the third frequency to PPP mainly rests on ambiguity resolution, favored by the additional carrier phase observations. [Termes IGN] temps réelRésumé : (Auteur) For real-time precise orbit determination (POD) of low earth orbit (LEO) satellites, high-accuracy global navigation satellite system (GNSS) orbit and clock products are necessary in real time. Recently, the Japanese multi-GNSS advanced demonstration of orbit and clock analysis precise point positioning (PPP) service and the new generation of the Australian/New Zealand satellite-based augmentation system (SBAS)-aided PPP service provide free and precise GNSS products that are directly broadcast through the navigation and geostationary earth orbit satellites, respectively. With the high quality of both products shown in this study, a 3D accuracy of centimeters can be achieved in the post-processing mode for the reduced-dynamic orbits of small LEO satellites having a duty cycle down to 40% and at sub-dm to dm level for the kinematic orbits. The results show a promising future for high-accuracy real-time POD onboard LEO satellites benefiting from the precise free-of-charge PPP corrections broadcast by navigation systems or SBAS.
