[Termes IGN] Visual BasicIndex. décimale : DSIG Mémoires du master 2 IG, du master 2 SIG, de l'ex DEA SIG Résumé : (Auteur) Le présent travail a été mené dans une optique visant à répondre aux exigences d'archivage manifestés par TRAPIL, l'un des clients les plus potentiels de la société IDS. En effet, le sujet de mon stage au sein d'IDS consistait en premier lieu à réaliser une solution SIG en langage Visual Basic qui permettrait à TRAPIL d'automatiser le placement, l'archivage et la consultation des dossiers des chantiers installés le long de leurs pipelines, il s'agissait en fait de développer une application spécifique au-dessus de GeoMedia Professional, qui repose sur la technologie 'GeoMedia' d'Intergraph, et qui soit puissante et simple d'utilisation permettant l'accès immédiat aux documents (en hypertexte) soit par leur localisation géographique (PK, X et Y, Commune, Département, ...), soit par l'identification des références d'archivage (Dossier, Chantier, ...). Cet outil permettrait aux divisions d'entretien de consulter l'ensemble des données, depuis les abords de la conduite jusqu'à la totalité des réseaux concessionnaires voisins. L'intervention rapide sur les chantiers en cours, ou clôturés et archivés, est devenue vitale pour le concessionnaire du réseau de pipelines. Ses projets font généralement appel à une grande quantité de documents qui se présentent sous forme de papiers scannés, quelquefois manuscrits, comprenant des croquis, photos, comptes rendus de terrain, plans, profils,... En second lieu, je devais concevoir un applicatif Web qui permettrait à la société commanditaire de publier sur son réseau local (Intranet) les données SIG relatives aux archives des chantiers et dont la base de données géographique est conçue et reste éditable par la solution SIG développé dans la première partie de mon stage. En effet, cet applicatif permettra à tous les sites TRAPIL en France d'accéder en temps réel aux archives afin d'intervenir rapidement sur les chantiers qui peuvent être source d'ennuis pour les conduites de pétrole. De plus, la maintenance et la mise à jour de la base de données exploitée par ce site Web est assurée par le premier applicatif d'archivage qui tourne au dessus de GeoMedia Professional. A terme, cette application basée sur le serveur de cartes 'GeoMedia Web Map' qui tourne sur le serveur IIS et qui est conçue pour un client en ASP (Active Server Pages) permettrait une consultation de données simple et souple grâce au liens et pages dynamiques conçus pour le projet Web.
