[Termes IGN] surface de référenceRésumé : (auteur) This study aims to analyze the quality of several local reference quasigeoid surfaces obtained from several Global Geopotential Models (GGM) relative to the official quasigeoid solution of Serbia (SQM2011) and GNSS/dh observations for the territory of Serbia. Therefore, validation and comparison of the derived surfaces from the three GGM’s were made based on comparisons of height anomaly derived from GGM’s, SQM2011, and the GNSS/dh observations at the points of the high-precision leveling network. The selected publicly available GGM’s in this study are GOCO05c, SGG- UGM-2, and XGM2019e. Primarily, at 1001 points of the high-precision leveling network, the differences between GGM and GNSS/dh height anomaly were calculated. The final translation parameters were calculated in the iteration procedure, which was then used to calculate the final values of the estimated height anomaly for all GGM’s at 143207 points of the regular grid of spatial resolution 0.5' × 0.5' on the entire territory of Serbia. From the estimated height anomaly, three GGM-derived surfaces were modeled relative to the SQM2011. According to the results of the calculations, SGG-UGM-2 provides the best approximation of the quasi- geoid SQM2011, where the remaining differences have a mean value of 0.01 m, a standard deviation of 0.06 m, and a span of 0.67 m. [Termes IGN] transformation IWSTRésumé : (auteur) The paper analyses the possibility of increasing efficiency of the Iterative Weighted Similarity Transformation (IWST) method, which is a prototype of classic robust methods, using global optimisation approach instead of classical one, available in the literature. For the purpose of solving the optimisation problem of the IWST method, in addition to the Iterative Reweighted Least Squares (IRLS) method, the Genetic algorithm (GA) and Generalised Particle Swarm Optimisation (GPSO) algorithm were applied, in order to overcome some flaws of IRLS method. Experimental research was performed based on the Monte Carlo simulation using the mean success rate (MSR) on the example of the geodetic control network for monitoring the Šelevrenac dam in the Republic of Serbia. By using the GA and GPSO algorithms, the overall efficiency of the IWST method has been increased by about 18% compared to the IRLS method. Also, it has been determined that the efficiency of the IRLS method significantly reduces with the increase in the number of displaced potential reference points (PRPs), while the GA and GPSO algorithms’ efficiency does not change significantly. The values of overall absolute true errors due to the increased number of displaced PRPs in the GA and GPSO algorithms did not change notably while with the IRLS method their values increased significantly. [Termes IGN] variation temporelleRésumé : (auteur) In this article the time series data of GNSS station coordinates are analysed, using least-squares spectral analysis (LSSA). One type of LSSA, the method of estimating a frequency spectrum, is the Lomb–Scargle method. Because of the presence of discontinuities in GNSS measurements, we applied Lomb–Scargle model for detecting and characterizing periodicity. We analyzed time series data from the station SRJV (Sarajevo), for a period of about 20 years, and BEOG (Belgrade), for a period of about 5 years. The spectral analysis is used to determine quickly the predominant noise in the position time series. Analyzed spectral indices of noise (α) of GNSS coordinate time series of SRJV and BEOG are in the range of -1 Numéro de notice : A2019-579 Affiliation des auteurs : non IGN Thématique : POSITIONNEMENT Nature : Article nature-HAL : ArtAvecCL-RevueIntern DOI : 10.15292/geodetski-vestnik.2019.04.525-540 Date de publication en ligne : 24/05/2019 En ligne : https://doi.org/10.15292/geodetski-vestnik.2019.04.525-540 Format de la ressource électronique : URL article Permalink : https://documentation.ensg.eu/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=94467

The registration of the legal status in complex 3D situations is investigated under the header of 3D Cadastres. This publication, containing 13 selected contributions on 3D Cadastre, addresses the following areas: 1. 3D Cadastre operational experiences (analysis, LADM based, learning from each other, discovering gaps), 2. 3D Cadastre cost-effective workflow for new/updated 3D parcels = 4D (part of whole chain: From planning/design/permit in 3D, to registration/use in 3D), 3. 3D Cadastre web-based dissemination (usability, man-machine interfaces, including mobile/AR), 4. legal aspects for 3D Cadastre, best legal practices in various legislation systems, focus on large cities, including developing countries, 5. 3D data management, and 6. visualization, distribution, and delivery of 3D parcels. [Termes IGN] test de performanceRésumé : (auteur) There are many positioning methods based on the usage of GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System). They are classified according to the accuracy they can achieve, the time needed to obtain fixed solutions and the concept of positioning - number of used receivers, type of measurement, type of GNSS system, etc. One of the most important ways to do this is PPP (Precise Point Positioning) method, primarily because of its simplicity and cost-effectiveness. The paper describes PPP positioning method, its advantages and limitations, as well as the errors that can occur. It also provides an analysis of the performance of PPP method - precision, convergence time, loss of data reception, repeatability of positioning results and accuracy based on three measurement series in duration of 4 hours each, conducted on different days. By comparing the obtained coordinates with reference ones determined by AUSPOS web service, it can be concluded that the difference between these two sets of coordinates varies from 1 cm to 7 cm, while the accuracy of measured height is lower and the difference varies from 7 cm to 20 cm.
