[Vedettes matières IGN] AltimétrieRésumé : (auteur) For determining precise sea surface heights, six marine GNSS (global navigation satellite system) survey campaigns were performed in the eastern Baltic Sea in 2021. Four GNSS antennas were installed on the vessel, the coordinates of which were computed relative to GNSS–CORS (continuously operating reference stations). The GNSS–CORS results are compared to the PPP (precise point positioning)-based results. Better accuracy is associated with the GNSS–CORS postprocessed points; however, the PPP approach provided more accurate results for longer than 40 km baselines. For instance, the a priori vertical accuracy of the PPP solution is, on average, 0.050 ± 0.006 m and more stable along the entire vessel’s survey route. Conversely, the accuracy of CORS-based solutions decreases significantly when the distances from the GNSS–CORS exceed 40 km, whereas the standard deviation between the CORS and PPP-based solutions is up to 0.075 m in these sections. Note that in the harbor (about 4 km from the nearest GNSS–CORS), the standard deviation of vertical differences between the two solutions remains between 0.013 and 0.024 m. In addition, the GNSS antennas situated in different positions on the vessel indicated different measurement accuracies. It is suggested for further studies that at least one GNSS antenna should be mounted above the mass center of the vessel to reduce the effects of the dominating pitch motion during the surveys. [Termes IGN] valeur aberranteRésumé : (auteur) In adjusted geodetic networks, cases of local configuration defects (defects in the geometric structure of the network due to missing data or errors in point numbering) can be encountered, which lead to the singularity of the normal equation system in the least-squares procedure. Numbering errors in observation sets cause the computer program to define the network geometry incorrectly. Another cause of a defect may be accidental omission of certain data records, causing local indeterminacy or lowering of local reliability rates in a network. Obviously, the problem of a configuration defect may be easily detectable in networks with a small number of points. However, it becomes a real problem in large networks, where manual checking of all data becomes a very expensive task. The paper presents a new strategy for the detection of configuration defects with the use of the Tikhonov regularization method. The method was implemented in 1992 in the GEONET system (www.geonet.net.pl). [Termes IGN] réseau gravimétriqueRésumé : (Auteur) A detailed discussion of the adjustment problems used to combine GNSS/levelling/gravity network data is provided in this paper. The two primary problems inherent to heterogeneous data networks, namely, parametric models that describe the datums and systematic distortions among the available data sets and stochastic models that describe the observational residuals, are described. For parametric models, a relationship between the transformation parameters and the effects of datums and systematic distortions inherent among different height data types is established based on a least squares criterion. For stochastic models, the stochastic errors in GNSS/levelling/gravity data are evaluated, and a Helmert variance component estimation approach is introduced to refine weighting models. Finally, the proposed model is applied to determine the hybrid geoid in Linyi, China. The numerical results validate the capability and effectiveness of the proposed combined adjustment technique for hybrid geoid computations, revealing an achievable external accuracy of ±1.22 cm compared with GNSS/levelling measurements, which can be increased by 0.44 cm compared with classic adjustments of GNSS/levelling/geoid height data. [Termes IGN] série temporelleRésumé : (auteur) The national geodetic reference frame of Korea was adopted in 2003, which is referenced to ITRF (International Terrestrial Reference Frame) 2000 at the epoch of January 1, 2002. For precise positioning based on the satellites, it should be thoroughly maintained to the newest global reference frame. Other than plate tectonic motion, there are significant events or changes such as earthquakes, antenna replacement, PSD (Post-Seismic Deformation), seasonal variation etc. We processed three years of GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) data (60 NGII CORS stations, 51 IGS core stations) to produce daily solutions minimally constrained to ITRF. From the time series of daily solutions, the sites with unexpected discontinuity were identified to set up an event (mostly antenna replacement). The combined solution with minimum constraints was estimated along with the velocity, the offsets, and the periodic signals. The residuals show that the surrounding environment also affects the time series to a certain degree, thus it should be improved eventually. The transformation parameters to ITRF2014 were calculated with stability and consistency, which means the national geodetic reference frame is properly aligned to the global reference frame.
