Mais Buildrz voudrait aussi que son outil puisse aider les promoteurs immobiliers à fixer le prix du mètre carré. Pour ce faire, le prix hypothétique sera fixé en fonction du prix de biens similaires qui ont déjà été vendus. Il faut maintenant trouver comment caractériser des biens semblables. Pour les trouver, il faut caractériser les parcelles en fonction d’indicateurs choisis. Ce rapport se concentre sur la recherche et le développement d’un indicateur de qualité de transport en commun. [Termes IGN] voie ferréeRésumé : (auteur) Recent developments in the field of rail vehicles increased the demand for accurate and up-to-date 3D maps of rail track networks. Collision avoidance systems, semi-automated, or fully autonomous rail vehicles strongly benefit from such high quality maps. In this work, we present a fully automatic, photogrammetric method for the 3D reconstruction of rail track segments. More specifically, the center line of the rail track is reconstructed as a georeferenced and continuous 3D cubic spline. The main data inputs are collected while driving the rail vehicle along the segment: (a) images from a front-looking camera and (b) observations from a low-cost GNSS receiver. Optional data inputs can be used to increase the reconstruction accuracy, namely (c) an a priori rail track (e.g. from OpenStreetMap), (d) a digital height model (DHM), and (e) ground control points (GCPs). The rail track is estimated in post processing (offline) by a weighted least squares adjustment (LSA). The core of the LSA is the bundle adjustment of images. It is extended by additional geometric constraints which exploit the geometric relations between the rail track, the rail vehicle, and the camera trajectory. As a consequence, in contrast to many related methods, the rails need not to be visible in the images to map the rail track. We applied the method to reconstruct a 13 km long tram line in Vienna (Austria). We found that the local geometry of the track can be well reconstructed from the image sequence. However, if the low-cost GNSS receiver is used as single georeferencing source, the track shows a strong drift behavior. This drift can significantly be minimized over the entire track if the above mentioned optional data inputs are used. [Vedettes matières IGN] GénéralisationRésumé : (auteur) Recently, many researchers tried to generate (generalised) maps using deep learning, and most of the proposed methods deal with deep neural network architecture choices. Deep learning learns to reproduce examples, so we think that improving the training examples, and especially the representation of the initial geographic information, is the key issue for this problem. Our article extracts some representation issues from a literature review and proposes different ways to represent vector geographic information as a tensor. We propose two kinds of contributions: 1) the representation of information by layers; 2) the representation of additional information. Then, we demonstrate the interest of some of our propositions with experiments that show a visual improvement for the generation of generalised topographic maps in urban areas. This study looked into the emergency response to road traffic crashes in Kano, with a view to improving efficiency by developing linkages and synergy between Emergency Healthcare Facilities (EHCF), ambulances, and crash hotspots. The geographical location and attributes of the major EHCF, crash hotspots along highway intersections, and the two existent ambulances at the Kano State Fire Service (KSFS) and Federal Road Safety Corp head offices (FRSC) were obtained using GPS surveying. Road traffic network data (vector format) was digitized from satellite image, from which two major road classes (highways and minor roads) were identified, as well as their respective speed limits. The length and speed constraints were used to calculate time distances. Nearest Neighbor and Network (closest facility, shortest route, and location-allocation) analyses were carried out. Location-allocation analysis was to determine based on defined criteria the best locations to allocate EHCF or ambulance for optimum coverage. The results demonstrated that EHCF, ambulances, and crash places have different distribution patterns with almost no linkages. Closest ambulance facility analysis revealed the FRSC ambulance takes 9.41 minutes to arrive to crash spot 18 (Maiduguri Road, following NNPC) and 7.52 minutes to arrive at AKTH, the nearest EHCF. Comparatively, getting to Court road incident scene (spot 16) and IRPH as the closest EHCF takes about 3 times the time it takes to get to spot 18 and 4 times the time it takes to get to AKTH. This means that practically almost all victims in the city suffocate before reaching to the hospital. This signifies that, in cases of demand for CPR at the incident scene, there are higher likelihood of dying as it is expected to be provided within the first four minutes after the crash. Based on a maximum of 4 minutes impedance cutoff from all directions towards the occurrences areas, location-allocation analysis found eight new locations to maximize coverage and improve efficiency. It is concluded that current road traffic crash emergency response system has been determined to be ineffective. As a result, more ambulances should be strategically placed to improve emergency response times. Mobile laser scanning (MLS) is the most appropriate data acquisition system for the road environment because of its efficient vehicle-based on-road scanning opportunity. Many methods are available for road pavement, curb and roadside way extraction. Most of them use classical approaches that do not mitigate problems caused by the presence of noise and outliers. In practice, however, laser scanning point clouds are not free from noise and outliers, and it is apparent that the presence of a very small portion of outliers and noise can produce unreliable and non-robust results. A road surface usually consists of three key parts: road pavement, curb and roadside way. This paper investigates the problem of road surface extraction in the presence of noise and outliers, and proposes a robust algorithm for road pavement, curb, road divider/islands, and roadside way extraction using MLS point clouds. The proposed algorithm employs robust statistical approaches to remove the consequences of the presence of noise and outliers. It consists of five sequential steps for road ground and non-ground surface separation, and road related components determination. Demonstration on two different MLS data sets shows that the new algorithm is efficient for road surface extraction and for classifying road pavement, curb, road divider/island and roadside way. The success can be rated in one experiment in this paper, where we extract curb points; the results achieve 97.28%, 100% and 0.986 of precision, recall and Matthews correlation coefficient, respectively.
