[Termes IGN] valeur aberranteRésumé : (Auteur) Multi-constellation GNSS precise point positioning (PPP) typically uses the extended Kalman filter (EKF) for kinematic applications. Unfortunately, the obtained positioning accuracy in this approach is prone to errors caused by measurement outliers and the system’s dynamic model. An adaptive robust Kalman filter (RKF) was recently developed to mitigate these errors. However, RKF uses empirical values as detection thresholds for the outliers, which requires the measurements to be from the same constellation and of equal precision to obtain an optimal PPP solution. The classification robust adaptive Kalman filter (CAKF) has subsequently been developed to deal with measurements of different precisions, namely pseudorange and carrier-phase measurements. This paper proposes a real-time GPS/Galileo PPP system, which employs a modified version of CAKF called the Improved Robust adaptive Kalman Filter (IRKF). The positioning performance of GPS/Galileo PPP through the IRKF is initially verified in comparison with those obtained through the EKF, RKF, and CAKF using the Centre for Orbit Determination in Europe (CODE) final orbit and clock products in both of static and kinematic modes. The real-time GPS/Galileo PPP solution through the IRKF is then assessed in comparison with its near-real-time counterpart. The results indicate that when the IRKF approach is utilised, the positioning accuracy is significantly improved and the convergence behaviour is enhanced compared with results from EKF, conventional RKF, and CAKF. In the real-time mode, centimeter-level horizontal positioning accuracy is achieved under an open sky environment, while decimeter-level horizontal positioning accuracy is achieved under a challenging environment. On the other hand, decimeter-level accuracy is achieved for the vertical positioning component under all environmental scenarios. Moreover, the positioning accuracy of the real-time solution is comparable to the near-real-time counterpart. [Vedettes matières IGN] Traitement de données GNSSRésumé : (auteur) A modified multipath error mitigation method using the multi-point hemispherical grid model (MHGM) is proposed, and the influence of changes in the observation environments of IGS stations on their data quality is evaluated. The multipath error models of different satellite pairs for different observation periods can be established using the integrated multi-GNSS data in the proposed method. The test under deliberate high multipath environment reveals that this method can effectively estimate the GNSS multipath error, detect and present the orientation of the interference sources around the station. The RMS of residuals and the kinematic positioning accuracy on day 237 of 2018 are improved by 68% and 61%, respectively. Compared with the empirical site model (ESM), which can also visualize the effects of the multipath, the RMS of residuals when applying the MHGM is improved by 20%. The test with IGS historical observations shows that MHGM can effectively reflect the influence of changing multipath interference around stations on carrier phase observations, with an average improvement of 25% in the RMS of carrier phase residuals in the extrapolated 9-day validations over the past 18 years. The results of a kinematic positioning experiment in 2019 generally coincide with the RMS statistic results of carrier phase residuals as well. The MHGM demonstrates distinct potential in the influence evaluation of changes for the multipath interference around the stations on their observation quality. [Termes IGN] variation temporelleRésumé : (Auteur) In this paper, we investigate the hemispheric symmetric and asymmetric characteristics of ionospheric total electron content (TEC) and its dependency on the interplanetary magnetic field (IMF) in the northern and southern polar ionosphere. The changes in amplitude and phase scintillation are also probed through Global Ionospheric Scintillation and TEC monitoring (GISTM) systems recordings at North pole [Himadri station; Geographic 78°55′ N, 11°56′ E] and South pole [Maitri station; Geographic 70°46′ S 11°44′ E]. Observations show the range of %TEC variability being relatively more over Antarctic region (−40 % to 60 %) than Arctic region (−25 % to 25 %), corroborating the role of the dominant solar photoionization production process. Our analysis confirms that TEC variation at polar latitudes is a function of magnetosphere-ionosphere coupling, depending on interplanetary magnetic field (IMF) orientation and magnitude in the X ( Bx), Y ( By), and Z ( Bz) plane. [Termes IGN] vitesseRésumé : (auteur) Using the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) differenced total electron content (dTEC) series, the traveling ionosphere disturbances (TIDs) of 22 typhoons registered in Taiwan/Japan between 2013 and 2016 were studied. The horizontal speed of the first TID during a typhoon landing can be estimated by a two-station method with the ionosphere anomaly indicator in total electron count units (TECUs) (|dTEC| ≥ 0.15 TECU). The horizontal speed of the TIDs was from 155 to 210 m/s and with an average speed of 168.70 m/s. The estimated TID speeds of Typhoons Soudelor (205.93 m/s) and Megi (158.47 m/s) are not consistent with each other, even though they had very similar trajectories when cross through Taiwan Island. Moreover, the propagation velocity of the typhoon ionospheric anomaly showed a significant positive correlation ( r=0.78 , α=0.05 ) with the change rate of the typhoon central air pressure and a negative correlation ( r=−0.52 , α=0.05 ) with the central pressure before landing. Gravity waves were generated by land friction, terrain blocking, and strong wind shear transport energy into the atmosphere from the near surface to the mesosphere and thermosphere, which is the main cause of ionosphere disturbances during typhoon landing. [Termes IGN] résolution d'ambiguïtéRésumé : (auteur) Fixing single-satellite GPS carrier phase ambiguity could significantly improve the orbit accuracy of low earth orbit (LEO) satellite. Currently, the CNES/CLS, Wuhan University and CODE have published GPS integer phase clock products applied to single-satellite ambiguity fixing. In this paper, the integer phase clock method is used for single-satellite ambiguity fixing, and it is applied to the precise orbit determination of LEO satellite. Then, the application performances of integer phase clock products provided by different agencies in single-satellite ambiguity fixing and LEO satellite orbit determination are compared and analyzed. For GRACE-FO formation satellites, about 94% ambiguities could be fixed based on different products provided by the three agencies. Orbit solutions generated using the products from the three agencies can achieve an RMS of around 0.9 cm checked by satellite laser ranging data. Compared with ambiguity-float orbit solutions, the accuracy of absolute orbit determination with single-satellite ambiguity fixing is improved by about 30%. After fixing single-satellite ambiguities using the different products provided by CNES/CLS, WHU and CODE, respectively, the RMS of K-band ranging validation residuals for relative orbit solutions are reduced from 5.7, 5.4 and 5.3 mm to 2.1、 2.0 and 1.5 mm, respectively. The results show that the integer phase clock products provided by different agencies have similar performances in the single-satellite ambiguity fixing and orbit determination of GRACE-FO satellite.
