[Termes IGN] troposphèreRésumé : (Auteur) The global navigation satellite system (GNSS) can provide centimeter positioning accuracy at low costs. However, in order to obtain the desired high accuracy, it is necessary to use high-quality atmospheric models. We focus on the troposphere, which is an important topic of research in Brazil where the tropospheric characteristics are unique, both spatially and temporally. There are dry regions, which lie mainly in the central part of the country. However, the most interesting area for the investigation of tropospheric models is the wet region which is located in the Amazon forest. This region substantially affects the variability of humidity over other regions of Brazil. It provides a large quantity of water vapor through the humidity convergence zone, especially for the southeast region. The interconnection and large fluxes of water vapor can generate serious deficiencies in tropospheric modeling. The CPTEC/INPE (Center for Weather Forecasting and Climate Studies/Brazilian Institute for Space Research) has been providing since July 2012 a numerical weather prediction (NWP) model for South America, known as Eta. It has yield excellent results in weather prediction but has not been used in GNSS positioning. This NWP model was evaluated in precise point positioning (PPP) and network-based positioning. Concerning PPP, the best positioning results were obtained for the station SAGA, located in Amazon region. Using the NWP model, the 3D RMS are less than 10 cm for all 24 h of data, whereas the values reach approximately 60 cm for the Hopfield model. For network-based positioning, the best results were obtained mainly when the tropospheric characteristics are critical, in which case an improvement of up to 7.2 % was obtained in 3D RMS using NWP models. [Termes IGN] réseau à haut débitRésumé : (Auteur) The development of GNSS technology (Global Navigation Satellite Systems), including GPS technology (Global Positioning System), and the increase of accuracy and precision of the International GNSS Service (IGS) products, make Precise Point Positioning (PPP) technique more and more attractive. The IGS service provides clock products even for high rate determination – 30 seconds. The article is analyzing and comparing the 30 seconds high rate data and the interpolated data from 300 seconds in static PPP determination. Three stages of analysis are done: in the first stage the impact of data products on LC and PC postfit residuals are accounted, in the second stage the impact on wet troposphere delays (WTD) is analyzed and in the third stage the coordinate variation on North, East and Up component is presented. The stations that were analyzed are two IGS stations, BUCU and SOFI and two EUREF
stations: COST and AUT1. The results presented an increase of 30% for LC postfit residuals in the case of interpolated data and no obvious influence on PC postfit residuals. In the case of WTD only a difference of a few centimeters were determined and in the case of coordinate variation the largest difference was present in the North component for station COST of 5.79 mm.Numéro de notice : A2016-748 Affiliation des auteurs : non IGN Thématique : POSITIONNEMENT Nature : Article DOI : 10.15292/geodetski-vestnik.2016.03.483-494 En ligne : https://dx.doi.org/10.15292/geodetski-vestnik.2016.03.483-494 Format de la ressource électronique : URL article Permalink : https://documentation.ensg.eu/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=82294

[Termes IGN] table géodésiqueRésumé : (auteur) PPP-RTK has the potential of benefiting enormously from the integration of multiple GNSS/RNSS systems. However, since unaccounted inter-system biases (ISBs) have a direct impact on the integer ambiguity resolution performance, the PPP-RTK network and user models need to be flexible enough to accommodate the occurrence of system-specific receiver biases. In this contribution we present such undifferenced, multi-system PPP-RTK full-rank models for both network and users. By an application of S-system theory, the multi-system estimable parameters are presented, thereby identifying how each of the three PPP-RTK components are affected by the presence of the system-specific biases. As a result different scenarios are described of how these biases can be taken into account. To have users benefit the most, we propose the construction of an ISB look-up table. It allows users to search the table for a network receiver of their own type and select the corresponding ISBs, thus effectively realizing their own ISB-corrected user model. By applying such corrections, the user model is strengthened and the number of integer-estimable user ambiguities is maximized. [Termes IGN] récepteurRésumé : (auteur) Ground-based phase wind-up effect (GPWU) is caused by the rotation of receiving antenna. It had been studied and applied in rapidly rotation platforms, such as sounding rocket, guided missile and deep space exploration. In Global Navigation Satellite System high accuracy positioning applications, however, most studies treated it as an error source and focused on eliminating this effect in Precision Point Positioning and Real Time Kinematic (RTK) positioning. The GPWU effect is also sensitive to the rotational status of the antenna, in particular the yaw angle variations. In this paper we explore the feasibility of yaw angle determination of relatively slow rotation platforms based on the GPWU effect. We use the geometry-free carrier phase observations from a RTK base and a moving station receivers to estimate the cumulative yaw angle of the moving platform. Several experiments, including rotating platform tests, vehicle and shipborne tests were carried out. The cumulative errors of rotating platform tests are under 0.38∘, indicating good long-term accuracy of the GPWU determined yaw angle. But the RMS are in a range of 11.98∘and 17.39∘, indicating the errors, such as multipath effect, are not negligible and should be further investigated. The RMS of vehicle and shipborne tests using a base station of 9–11 km are 24.77∘ and 23.66∘. In order to evaluate the influence of the differential ionospheric delay, another vehicle test was carried out using a base station located less than 1 km to the vehicle. The RMS reduces to 15.11∘, which gains 39.00 % improvement than before, and demonstrates that the differential ionospheric delay even from a few kilometers long baseline still cannot be neglected. These tests validate the feasibility of GPWU for real-time yaw angle determination. Since this method is able to determine the yaw angle with a minimum one satellite, such a unique feature provides potential applications for attitude determination in the environment with poor sky visibility.
