[Termes IGN] signal GNSSRésumé : (auteur) Global navigation satellite system (GNSS) precise point positioning (PPP) has potential as an alternative or replacement for real-time kinematic (RTK) processing. In this work, we reached for RTK levels of performance without the need for local information through PPP (i.e., centimeter-level positioning that was reached near-instantaneously). This work makes use of information currently available from processing signals from global positioning system (GPS), Galileo, BeiDou-2/3, and GLONASS by fixing ambiguities for the first three constellations on all available frequencies. This processing was done using a four-frequency, four-constellation uncombined decoupled clock model (DCM) that has been expanded as part of this work. The results were tested on 1448 global datasets and showed that instantaneous convergence on average to 2.5 cm error can be achieved for 81% of the stations. These findings were reinforced by the results of epoch-by-epoch processing, as an average of 80% of all single epochs converged below 2.5 cm error at 1σ, as opposed to less than the 0.5% typically observed for classic PPP. [Termes IGN] signal GNSSRésumé : (auteur) Using the Doppler frequency obtained from tracking a GNSS pilot signal to aid in tracking another signal modulated with higher rate navigation messages in a different frequency band can improve tacking robustness and lower the message demodulation threshold. Based on an analysis of received signal frequency coherence, a linearized mathematical model of the cross-frequency Doppler-assisted carrier phase tracking loop is built, a thermal noise jitter calculation equation for the assisted tracking loop is derived, and its dynamic stress response characteristics are examined. The loop design requirements for eliminating the influence of inter-frequency frequency bias are clarified, as are the cross-frequency assist signal selection criteria. Monte Carlo simulations and preliminary field tests validate the theoretical results using the B1C pilot signal-aided tracking B2b signal of the MEO satellite in the BeiDou satellite navigation system (BDS). Experimental results show that the carrier phase tracking threshold of the B2b signal can be reduced by about 4 dB. [Termes IGN] trajet multipleRésumé : (auteur) The positioning accuracy of global navigation satellite system receivers is frequently degraded in urban areas due to reflected signals. A moving receiver faces additional challenges because it needs to adjust to changes in the statuses of the signals received, including line-of-sight (LOS), multipath, non-LOS, or invisible. This paper proposes two new algorithms that can be used to enhance the accuracy of a moving receiver. The first algorithm is called Optimized Position Estimation (OPE). The OPE algorithm estimates the most likely paths and identifies the one with the optimal weight. The second algorithm is called Intelligent Signal Status Estimation (ISE). The ISE algorithm utilizes a self-organizing map machine-learning algorithm to estimate the probability of a change in signal status. The algorithms are tested using global positioning system C/A signals, which have over 50 changes in their statuses. The results obtained using these algorithms reveal that the accuracy is enhanced by as much as 96.3% (i.e., a 27-fold improvement) when compared to results using a conventional navigation algorithm. [Termes IGN] trajet multipleRésumé : (auteur) Accurate, continuous and reliable positioning is required in autonomous driving. The precise point positioning (PPP) technique, which can provide a global accurate positioning service using a single global navigation satellite system (GNSS) receiver, has attracted much attention. Nevertheless, due to the cycle slips and multipath effects in the GNSS signal, the performance of PPP is severely degraded in urban areas, which has a negative effect on the PPP/inertial navigation system (INS)/vision integrated navigation. Moreover, the carrier phase observations with un-modeled multipath cause false detection of small cycle slips and lead to deviation in the state variable estimation in PPP. Therefore, an effective cycle slip/multipath estimation, detection and mitigation (EDM) method is proposed. A clustering method is used to separate the cycle slips and multipath from the carrier phase observations aided by visual inertial odometry (VIO) positioning results. The influence of the carrier phase multipath on state variable estimation is reduced by adjusting the stochastic ambiguity model in the Kalman filter. The proposed EDM method is validated by vehicle experiments conducted in urban and freeway areas. Experimental results demonstrate that 0.2% cycle slip detection error is achieved by our method. Besides, the multipath estimation accuracy of EDM improves by more than 50% compared with the geometry-based (GB) method. Regarding positioning accuracy, the EDM method has a maximum of 72.2% and 63.2% improvement compared to traditional geometry-free (GF) and GB methods. [Termes IGN] signal GNSSRésumé : (auteur) New GNSS applications demand resilience against radio interference and high position accuracy. Separately, these demands can be fulfilled by multi-antenna systems using spatial filtering and carrier-phase positioning algorithms like real-time kinematic (RTK), respectively. However, combining these approaches encounters a severe issue: The spatial filtering induces a phase offset into the measured carrier phase leading to a loss of position accuracy. This paper presents a new approach to compensate for the phase offset in a blind manner, (i.e., without knowing the antenna array radiation pattern or the direction of arrival of the signals). The proposed approach is experimentally validated in two jamming scenarios. One includes a jammer with increasing power and the other includes a moving jammer. The results demonstrate that the approach successfully compensates for the phase offset and, hence, allows for the combined use of RTK positioning and spatial filtering even under jamming.
