[Termes IGN] subsidenceRésumé : (auteur) Post Processed Static (PPS) and Precise Point Positioning (PPP) techniques are not new; however, they have been refined over the decades. As such, today these techniques are offered online via GPS (Global Positioning System) data processing services. In this study, one Post Processed Static (OPUS) and one Precise Point Positioning (CSRS-PPP) technique is used to process 24 h GPS data for a CORS (Continuously Operating Reference Stations) station (P565) duration of year 2016. By analyzing the results sent by these two online services, subsidence is determined for the location of CORS station, P565, as 3–4 cm for the entire year of 2016. In addition, precision of these two techniques is determined as ∼2 cm. Accuracy of PPS and PPP results is 0.46 cm and 1.21 cm, respectively. Additionally, these two techniques are compared and variations between them is determined as 2.5 cm. [Termes IGN] station de référenceRésumé : (auteur) Global navigation satellite system real-time processing requires low latency, high timeliness, and high computational efficiency. A typical application is providing corrections using data from a regional Continuously Operating Reference Station (CORS) network. Usually the wide-lane and narrow-lane fractional cycle biases (FCBs) are determined at the server and broadcast to users to fix undifferenced ambiguity. Also, a tropospheric model is established at the server and broadcast to users to obtain accurate and reliable a priori zenith total delays for precise point positioning (PPP) using the ionospheric-free (IF) observation combination. Currently, serial methods are typically applied, i.e., all reference stations are involved in estimating the wide-lane and narrow-lane FCBs and establishing a regional tropospheric delay model. To improve the efficiency and shorten the latency, we develop a parallel computation method for regional CORS network corrections based on IF PPP by adopting a multicore parallel computing technology task parallel library, wherein parallel computations involving the FCBs, tropospheric delays, and tropospheric model are successively performed based on data parallelism, in which the same operation is performed concurrently on elements in an array, and task parallelism, which refers to one or more independent tasks running concurrently. Data covering four seasons from the Hong Kong and southwestern America CORS networks are utilized in the experiment. The single differenced FCBs between satellites are determined within each full pass, and a tropospheric model with an internal accuracy better than 1.4 cm and an external accuracy better than 1.6 cm is derived at the server. With the parallel implementation, the speedup ratios of FCB estimation and tropospheric modeling are 1.79, 3.15, 5.59, and 9.69 times higher for dual-core, quad-core, octa-core, and hexadeca-core platforms, respectively, than for a single-core platform. [Termes IGN] TurquieRésumé : (Auteur) GNSS networks play an important role in monitoring the displacements, movements and deformations of the Earth’s crust and engineering buildings. In this study, we examine how GPS Precise Point Positioning (PPP) is able to determine the horizontal deformations with respect to the GPS network solution. For this purpose, 7 days data of 12 Continuously Operating Reference Stations (CORS) in Turkey (CORS-TR), located in the western part of Turkey, are considered. The Bernese (v5.2)-derived coordinates over 7 days and the ones from four free online PPP services (CSRS, GAPS, APPS, Magic-PPP) are compared using the Bursa-Wolf coordinate transformation model. The errors from these transformations are used to define the RMS values of the PPP solutions in the local coordinate system. These values are relative to the GPS network solution. This fact leads to analysing how the PPP solutions are able to determine the horizontal deformations with respect to the network solution. From many experiments, in which the displacements belonging to the PPP solutions are simulated relative to the network solution, it has been shown that several ppm extensions or contractions may be determined using the free online PPP services. Therefore, we conclude that the online PPP services studied here may be used in 2D deformation studies as an alternative to the GPS network solutions. [Termes IGN] station permanenteRésumé : (Auteur) Despite the wide use of the global navigation satellite system (GNSS), its performance can be severely degraded due to blockage and vulnerability to interference. Stand-alone ground-based positioning systems can provide positioning services in the absence of GNSS signals and have tremendous application potential. For precise point positioning in ground-based systems, ambiguity resolution (AR) is a key issue. On-the-fly (OTF) AR methods are desirable for reasons of convenience. The existing methods usually linearize a nonlinear problem approximately by a series expansion that is based on an initial position estimation obtained by code measurements or measuring instruments. However, if the initial position estimation contains relatively large errors, the convergence of existing methods cannot be ensured. We present a new OTF-AR method based on the double difference square (DDS) observation model for ground-based precise point positioning, which involves only carrier phase measurements. The initial solution obtained from the DDS model is sufficiently accurate to obtain a float solution by linearization, and this step only requires the frequency synchronization of base stations. Further, if the clock differences of the base stations are accurately calibrated, a fixed solution can be obtained by employing the LAMBDA algorithm. Numerical simulations and a real-world experiment are conducted to validate the proposed method. Both the simulations and the experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve high-accuracy positioning. These results enable precise point positioning to be applied in situations where no reliable code measurements or other measuring instruments are available for stand-alone ground-based positioning systems.
