[Vedettes matières IGN] Traitement de données GNSSRésumé : (auteur) Long term GNSS observations provided by networks of the continuously operating reference stations (CORS) allow for determination of the global and local tectonic plate movements and seasonal variations. In recent years, PPP (Precise Point Positioning) technique has become increasingly popular and most likely in the future will replace relative positioning with CORS stations. In this paper, we discuss the difference of the velocity and seasonal component estimates of 25 Latvian CORS stations on the basis of daily PPP solutions from the Nevada Geodetic Laboratory and double-difference solutions from the Institute of Geodesy and Geoinformatics of the University of Latvia. Time series of each coordinate component for 9-year time period were determined by the usage of the Tsview software and seasonal existence of linear, annual, semi-annual factors and their uncertainties were determined. Breaks (e. g., antenna and receiver changes) were also taken into account. We then assessed the noise characteristics of these time series with the use of overlapping Hadamard variance (OHVAR). The result shows that OHVAR is computationally cheap, and the dominating power-law noise, including flicker and random walk. However Hadamard deviation of the PPP and double-difference solutions scatters differently for a whole year averaging time due to the different GNSS data strategies. [Vedettes matières IGN] Traitement de données GNSSRésumé : (auteur) The key concept of the virtual reference station (VRS) network-based technique is to use the observables of multiple reference stations to generate the network corrections in the form of a virtual reference station at a nearby user’s location. Regarding the expected positioning accuracy, the novice GNSS data processing strategies have been adopted in the server-side functional model for mitigating distance-dependent errors including atmospheric effects and orbital uncertainty in order to generate high-quality virtual reference stations. In addition, the realistic stochastic model also plays an important role to take account of the unmodelled error in the rover-side processing. The results of our previous study revealed that the minimum norm quadratic unbiased estimation (MINQUE) stochastic model procedure can improve baseline component accuracy and integer ambiguity reliability, however, it requires adequate epoch length in a solution to calculate the elements of the variance-covariance matrix. As a result, it may not be suitable for urban environment where the satellite signal interruptions take place frequently, therefore, the ambiguity resolution needs to be resolved within the limited epochs. In order to address this limitation, this study proposed the stochastic model based on using the residual interpolation uncertainty (RIU) as the weighting schemes. This indicator reflects the quality of network corrections for any satellite pair at a specific rover position and can be calculated on the epoch-by-epoch basis. The comparison results with the standard stochastic model indicated that the RIU-weight model produced slightly better positioning accuracy but increased significant level of the ambiguity resolution successful rate. [Vedettes matières IGN] Traitement de données GNSSRésumé : (Auteur) In recent years, aided navigation systems through combining inertial navigation system (INS) with global navigation satellite system (GNSS) have been widely applied to enhance the position, velocity, and attitude information of autonomous vehicles. In order to gain the accuracy of the aided INS/GNSS in GNSS gap intervals, a heuristic neural network structure based on the recurrent fuzzy wavelet neural network (RFWNN) is applicable for INS velocity and position error compensation purpose. During frequent access to GNSS data, the RFWNN should be trained as a highly precise prediction model equipped with the Kalman filter algorithm. Therefore, the INS velocity and position error data are obtainable along with the lost intervals of GNSS signals. For performance assessment of the proposed RFWNN-aided INS/GNSS, real flight test data of a small commercial unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) were conducted. A comparison of test results shows that the proposed NN algorithm could efficiently provide high-accuracy corrections on the INS velocity and position information during GNSS outages.
