[Termes IGN] trace numériqueRésumé : (auteur) In the past few years the mobile phone data are considered as a useful complementary source of information for human mobility research. In this paper, we focus on the computation of the Origin Destination matrix using mobile phone data. First, a new approach of OD matrix design which takes into account the spatiotemporal heterogeneities of mobile phone data is proposed. Second, some analysis allowing measuring the effect of spatio-temporal filtering on the OD matrix results are carried out. [Termes IGN] trace numériqueRésumé : (Auteur) The Web is changing the way people share and communicate information because of emergence of various Web technologies, which enable people to contribute information on the Web. User-Generated Geo-Content (UGGC) is a potential resource of geographic information. Due to the different production methods, UGGC often cannot fit in geographic information model. There is a semantic gap between UGGC and formal geographic information. To integrate UGGC into geographic information, this study conducts an ontology-based process to bridge this semantic gap. This ontology-based process includes five steps: Collection, Extraction, Formalization, Mapping, and Deployment. In addition, this study implements this process on Twitter messages, which is relevant to Japan Earthquake disaster. By using this process, we extract disaster relief information from Twitter messages, and develop a knowledge base for GeoSPARQL queries in disaster relief information. [Vedettes matières IGN] GéovisualisationRésumé : (Auteur) Enormous quantities of trajectory data are collected from many sources, such as GPS devices and mobile phones, as sequences of spatio-temporal points. These data can be used in many application domains such as traffic management, urban planning, tourism, bird migration, and so on. Raw trajectory data, as generated by mobile devices have very little or no semantics, and in most applications a higher level of abstraction is needed to exploit these data for decision making. Although several different methods have been proposed so far for trajectory querying and mining, there are no software tools to help the end user with semantic trajectory data analysis. In this article we present a software architecture for semantic trajectory data mining as well as the first software prototype to enrich trajectory data with both semantic information and data mining. As a prototype we extend the Weka data mining toolkit with the module Weka-STPM, which is interoperable with databases constructed under OGC specifications. We tested Weka-STPM with real geographic databases, and trajectory data stored under the Postgresql/PostGIS DBMS. [Termes IGN] trace numériqueRésumé : (auteur) This paper addresses the issue of quality in the context of collaborative edition of spatial content. The overall approach is grounded on the definition of explicit and adequate specifications for such content, i.e. the data model, the conceptual model, conventions for data acquisition, possible integrity constraints, possible relationships with external reference data. Explicit specifications could be processed to automatically check when different users simultaneously contribute on the same area. Their definition requires expertness, firstly, to ensure spatial content consistency and, secondly, to establish relevant relationships with external reference data. Designing these specifications is not an easy task for contributors. Hence, the focus of this paper is to assist them in this task. We propose a generic process to automatically produce specification items such as feature types, attribute types, and relationship types, including possible relationship types with external reference data from a set of keywords. It exploits information from two different kinds of existing contents: user generated content (like Wikipedia) and more conventional content (like WordNet and NMA databases). It has been applied to keywords found in existing user generated spatial contents.
