[Termes IGN] réseau d'énergieRésumé : (Auteur) Geographical Information Systems (GIS) are used in the energy industry for the spatial documentation of energy network data through the use of Network Information Systems (NIS). In general, cadastral data is used in the industry for the documentation of energy networks of electricity. The modernization of analogue network maps through digitalisation, has lead also to the digitalisation of cadastral data, which has also been partially updated in accordance to the individual needs of various business enterprises in the energy industry.
As an alternative to the cost-intensive acquisition of vector-data (by interactive digitalisation) cost-saving raster-based technologies (for data acquisition) and hybrid technologies (i.e. common usage of vector- and raster-data) are increasingly used.
The separate Bureaus for Cadastral administration of the German states are supplying digital cadastral data in vector-structure, in the form of the German de-facto-standard ALK (Automatisierte Liegenschaftskarte -automated cadastral map), as a basis for specialized GIS-applications. Within the foreseeable future, large-scale digital cadastral data in the ALK will be available and will encompass a layout of the entire BRD. The use of the government's administrative geo-basis-data in NIS offers great economic and qualitative advantages for businesses in the energy sector. The main advantage is the possible automated updating of cadastral data for users of the NIS via the de-facto-standard-interfaces which are offered by the government administrations.
Solutions for the automated updating of digitalized hybrid data in specialized GIS by supplied administrative cadastral data do not yet exist. Due to deficits in the quality of and different data-structures of user-data, the use of the government's administrative digital cadastral or geo-basis-data within GIS-applications necessitates the development of extended concepts through the use of hybrid GIS-technologies. Operational products and concept solutions for a hybrid GIS data have not been approached or do not exist.
In this thesis, a concept for the automated updating of GIS-applications in the energy sector, using hybrid technologies with vector-based administrative cadastral data, is developed and tested. Vector-based, raster-based and hybrid GIS data manipulation technologies are examined, developed and tested on real data, as well as methods for geometric quality improvement of digitalized data and methods for automated extraction of objects from scanned maps.
The presented approach performs the automated, partially interactive supported, updating of hybrid energy documentation data by administrative cadastral data. The procedure can be applied to different applications, including vector-based GIS-technology and future data-models and transfer mechanisms for cadastral data. The thesis closes with proposals and recommendations for further research and practical use of the presented procedure.Numéro de notice : 27824 Affiliation des auteurs : non IGN Thématique : GEOMATIQUE/INFORMATIQUE Nature : Thèse étrangère Permalink : https://documentation.ensg.eu/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=56448 Réservation

This concept is founded on three steps of analysis which have to be performed in a strictly defined order. In the first step (alongtrack-step) all long-wave deviations with respect to a chosen zero-epoch are determined. As discussed, these deviations can represent only non-gravitational orbit errors (with exception of errors due to a deepresonnance-effect). Relative oceanographic phenomena are at this moment already surveyable. In the second step (timeseries-step) the separation of residual-tides from large-scale ocean-variations is realized. After this step the determinaton of all time variant model-errors (category V) is completed. In the third step (crossover-step) the crossover-differences are analysed. This results in the absolute sea-surface-topography of the zero-epoch and in the time-invariant model-errors (category C). The latter are caused by errors in the graviational field model and by a time tag bias. As shown, the permanent model-errors P (especially geoid-errors and the residual-tide S2) remain in the estimation of the absolute sea-surface-topography. For all steps of analysis several variants are tested and compared. The quality is always raised in the best way with the methods of spectral-analysis. It is shown, that the consistency of the analysed ERS-1-data (43/3-orbits) can be increased by 66%. Compared to a conventional crossover-analysis the alongtrack/crossover-method demonstrates its superiority. Additional refinements of this concept could be possible by analysing the double-differences, which show advantages due to their deduced filter-properties. [Termes IGN] tectoniqueIndex. décimale : 30.82 Applications géophysiques de géodésie spatiale Résumé : (Auteur) The collision of the African and Arabian plates with Eurasia results in complex tectonic structures in the Mediterranean region. Broad deformation belts have developed along the border of the plates. Values deviating significantly to those of rigid body motion models are measured with the geodetic satellite methods SLR (Satellite Laser Ranging) and GPS (Global Positioning System).
Aim of the investigation is to create a three-dimensional dynamic model of the Mediterranean. The numerical problem is solved with the finite element method. The resulting velocity field on the surface of the model is compared with the GPS- and SLR-data. This leads to new information about geodynamic processes of the lithosphere. In addition, the question is investigated if this numerical model can be used for a prediction of the surface velocity field and the deformation rate.
The model is built up of various modules. It takes into consideration the radius of the Earth, the variation of topography and Mohorovicic discontinuity and the thickness of the lithosphere. The structure of the subduction- and collision zones will be represented as contact surfaces with Coulomb-friction. Kinematic boundary conditions from the NUVEL-1A rigid body model and the slab pull stress at the Hellenic and Calabrian arc are implemented as further boundary conditions.
The rheology of the upper crust consist of an ideal elastic-plastic body. Its yield strength is computed with the linear Mohr-Coulomb criteria. The lower crust and the lithosphere is assumed to be an ideal visco-elastic body. In the first model series L of the complete Mediterranean region the viscous body is linear, in the second series NL of the Eastern Mediterranean the viscous body is described with non-linear power-law dislocation creeping. By varying the different model parameters their influence on surface deformations is examined.
Finaly it becomes evident that the slab pull stress and the friction coefficient have the strongest effect on surface deformation. With a slab pull stress of 150 MPa and a friction coefficient between 0,2 and 0,35 the model shows the best results. Taking into further consideration the different yield strengths under compression and extension the model leads to a mean deviation of ±24,2% (magnitude) and ±10,8° (azimuth) in comparison with 40 GPS and SLR-stations within the Aegean-Anatolian block. The main pattern of the model velocity field corresponds with the geodetic observations. The extension in the Aegean and the west drift of the Anatolian block can be clearly seen. But locally, deviations still occur. By using a big scale model it is possible to identify the main dynamic processes and necessary constraints and boundary conditions for smaller scale models can be determined.Numéro de notice : 68821 Affiliation des auteurs : non IGN Thématique : POSITIONNEMENT Nature : Thèse étrangère Permalink : https://documentation.ensg.eu/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=62020 Réservation
